1. The Service

Spirographics (spirographics.art) is a free, real-time 3D generative art experience operated by snapshots.cloud ("we", "us"), running in your web browser.

2. Free for Personal Use

Spirographics is free for personal, non-commercial use. There are no accounts, subscriptions or payments. Images and screen recordings you create for personal enjoyment or to share on social media are yours to use. You may not resell the service, its code, or its generator as a commercial product without our written permission.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not use the service in a way that violates any applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

The Spirographics name, design, and original code are owned by snapshots.cloud, all rights reserved. The service uses open-source components (for example three.js) that remain under their own licenses.

5. Photosensitivity Notice

Spirographics displays moving, glowing, and flashing visuals. If you are sensitive to flashing lights or motion, use caution and stop if you feel unwell.

6. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Performance depends on your device and browser, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, snapshots.cloud is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to US $0.

8. Changes and Termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service, or update these terms, at any time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
